Tank terminals don’t leave room for soft ground or loose specs. AG-CON was brought in to prepare the Steele City site for heavy-load infrastructure, moving 180,000 cubic yards of earth, stripping 33 acres of topsoil, and installing 60,000 tons of foundation stone across a site that had to be rock solid before a single tank went in. Mass grading and foundation prep at this scale is exacting work. Every cut, every placement, and every compacted layer has to perform under the weight of long-term industrial operations. We came in, worked the ground, and handed off a site that was stable, access-ready, and built to carry the load.
